General Payment Terms:

1. In the case of $1000 or more withdrawal it may take up to 15 minutes or more [Depending on the case] to complete the payment
2. BetCesar reserves the right to cancel any payments or winnings in the event of fraudulent actions being detected
3. BetCesar reserves the right to pay withdrawals in half
4. Players must pass the verification if they make $1000 withdrawal or more.
5. BetCesar reserves the right to deduct a 25% Fee from a withdrawn amount if the player has an Unplayed Fee amount.
